Fixing a chain that falls off the sprockets:
- Check chain tension, ensuring it is not too loose
- Check chain for lubrication, stretch or wear
- Inspect the clutch for wear or heat damage
- Ensure the sprockets are aligned
- Look for bent, worn or loose sprockets or sprocket hubs
- Check for a loose drive wheel
- Inspect the axle to ensure it is not bent or loose.
- Ensure the frame is not bent
