There’s no need to trim the body because Traxxas pre-painted bodies come ready to mount right out of the bag. Body comes assembled with front and rear clipless latches.
Older Slash chassis without clipless mounts will require
TRA6940 (Slash 2WD) or
TRA6976 and
TRA10125 (Slash 4X4) in order to mount the body.
