Is the (4) 5/16" bolts on a 2-13/16" circle on both side of the flange? Or what is the dimension of the part in both side of the flange?

Both ends have the same (4) 5/16" bolts on a 2-13/16" bolt circle.

It is not currently an option for this hub. However, you can punch out the existing bearings and replace them with
Flanged Wheel Bearing (3/4" x 1-3/8")
.
