Midmark Corporation Employees

    All Midmark Employee Memberships MUST be payroll deducted to get the rate of $24.50 + tax per month.
    This is a 1-year contract. (Must pay $12.25 + tax up front due to membership taking up to 2 weeks to process!)
    ** If you choose not to have payroll deducted, regular memberships rates apply **
