TrailMaster's bringing the heat with their upgrade from the Cheetah 200EX to the 300EX, keeping the EFI of the older model now with a bigger 275cc engine! Electronic fuel injection, makes cold starts a problem of the past and allows easy starting in all temperatures and weather conditions with no choke or carburator. The bigger 275cc engine of this Cheetah brings more than enough horsepower to carry light loads on its rear rack as well as a passenger and still hit a max speed of 38 MPH! Water-cooling cuts down on the heat your engine has to handle during performance riding, extending the life of your engine and reducing the need for maintenance. A CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) takes the hassle of shifting out of your hands and allows you to focus on the fun of riding. The CVT allows buttery-smooth acceleration as well as excellent low-end torque. Riders will have a blast on trails that take advantage of the Cheetah 300EX go-cart's high-performance four-wheel independent suspension system as well as its powerful front and rear hydraulic disc brakes. This off-road buggy also includes a number of premium features like LED headlights and signals, an LED light bar, a spare tire, a bikini sunshade top, an adjustable drivers seat and steering wheel, and four-point safety seatbelts. Available in your choice of several colors!

Assembly Info: Here is a basic breakdown of what you can expect on the assembly. When you get this kart it will be unassembled in a crate.
- Take the unit out of the crate and sort out the parts.
- Put on the front and rear tires
- .Put on the roll cage.
- Install the seats.
- Install the steering wheel.
- Put in the Battery.
- Check all your bolts and gas up your unit.
- Start your unit!
- Assembly Time 4 - 6 Hours
Note: The actual assembly may vary, and it is always best to have a Certified Mechanic assemble your unit.
Please remember that by purchasing a vehicle from us, you are making a Factory Direct purchase and you are responsible for performing the final assembly and setup that a store or local dealer would normally perform.
Assembly typically includes un-crating and installing/checking the wheels, seats, roll bars, hooking up the fuel line, battery and lights, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Although we do provide some general information and Setup Guides on our website, occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as cleaning and adjusting the carburetor and fuel tank, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed.
Since you are skipping a dealer and saving over half the price of a usual retail customer, you will need to perform the final assembly (as stated above). This will take generally 4-6 hours or more to perform depending on your product and skill level. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that a Qualified Mechanic perform the setup of your product. We cannot refund or exchange your unit if you cannot perform these functions. By placing an order with BMI Karts you agree to these terms
