This only has 3 mounting tabs for your cover
These were made special for chain clearance, with chain going at a downward angle.
There are no bearings included; 1-3/8" OD bearings are needed
This backplate was used by Kartco model karts
The bolt pattern on this backplate is 3-1/2"

Q:
Will this bolt to a 11HP clone. 5" bolt pattern? If so what is the measurement from center of the hole to the edge of thee re-enforcement for the jackshaft. trying to figure out if it will clear the block and where it could sit.

No, this will not bolt to a 11HP clone engine. The bolt pattern this backplate is 3-1/2".
