Orders for goods which BMI does not regularly stock may not be cancelled or returned (unless the manufacturer approves the return)  for any reason after BMI has placed the order with the manufacturer. 

If the manufacture approves a cancel or return, the customer is responsible for any restocking or shipping fees that may occur.
