Is this the same slot wheel that is on a olderish yerf dog 3202 with a tecumseh engine with a 30 series comet torque converter?

No, this went to a 150cc GY6 Engine used on the Yerf-Dog Spiderbox series. You are probably referring to the
Torque Converter
used on the 3202.
