  • Flat Top Piston for all "U" model Harley-Davidson 74 cu. in. Flatheads
  • These high quality imported pistons fit all 1937-1948 side valve 74's, and interchange perfectly with original equipment.
  • They use 3/32" thick compression and 3/16" thick oil ring.
  • Replace HD 22216-37
