Need hubs for these rims I just got from you my axle is 1"keyed at ends, and do you have tube and tires for them can you send me images of what works with them thanks?

Here is a hub that matches your bolt hole pattern on the rim and designed for a 1" axle with a keyway.
Part number 262010
Here are two examples of tires that pair up to this rim:
1.
11 x 4.00- 5 Turf Tire (Part Number 260023)
and the
inner tube to match (AZ7135)
2.
4.10/3.50-5 Turf Tire (Part Number 262115)
and the
inner tube to match (AZ7132)

Is the price for 1 complete rim? Or is the price for only a half of a rim? In other words, do I need to order 2 or 4 in order to have 2 complete rims? Also do these rims require a tube or can you seal them with something?
