Q:
I want this tire and rim combo since its the cheapest you have in this size. I have a 1" live axle and this comes with 3/4 bushings. Is it possible to have it come with a 1",or something to fit my keyed axle?

Sorry, but there are no variations that can be applied to this tire and rim. We do have a this same tire available for mounting on a rim with 1" bore and 1/4" keyway, it cost $48.95. It can be ordered here:

Is the 3/4 bushing able to be replaced if needed? Or is it permanent to the rim??

A:
It appears the bushing is just pressed into the rim, but we have not attempted to take it out. Assuming you could get the bushing out cleanly, you should be able to press a bearing into the rim instead.
