21 inch band

This product seems to be of good quality. There are some blemishes in the chrome but I'm going to chalk that up to handling and shipping. The products I were packaged poorly. I ordered 3 rims and only one was wrapped in any protective material the other two were literally just laying on top of each other eith a piece of paper between them free to slide around in the box. Everything seems to be usable but for the price it cost ro shop these items I expected better packaging. Thats the only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5.
